2.SPA company need foundation capital stock 10,000 Euro,no the highest limited , the capital stock must boned in the bank .( the company formation capital stock more than 10,0000 Euro ,belong to SPA company )
3.if the capital stock can’t be ensured,you can provide a loan,the interest also about 20%.

company name :the name can’t be same or similar with the formated name.which can’t include the term that is ralatively with the French gorvenment or insurance,except apply another license plate.
